The Idle mans way to a six pack

I stopped smoking above a year ago , but since then have put about two stones on.:roll:

I put a lot of effort into stoppinkg smoking and now know that I will never smoke again, but what about the fat belly?:(

I had made my mind up to stop smoking and decided to live with any weight gain, but now I want rid of the belly too!

What I now need are suggestions of how to lose weight without any effort!:)

I see where you are coming from now so hows about,

 

tie some rope around your waist, tie the other end to the back bumper of a car stopped at some traffic lights. If you can't keep up the car will pull you along without any effort on your part and you should definitely see some weight loss after a few miles. Any good?

 

Does it work with bicycles too?:suspect:

Always eat breakfast

Cut out snacks between meals

Replace sugar with sweetener

Stop drinking fizzy drinks, opt for water or fruit juice

Don't drink alcohol or at least cut down

When you go shopping opt for the lighter/sugar free/fat free/reduced fat options

This is a pretty effortless way of losing weight

I always have a slice of toast or a bowl of "crunchy nut" for breakfast.

I always have sweeteners (never sugar).

I very rarely drink fizzy drinks.

I never have more than twelve pints of Stella per day.

I always opt for sugar free/fat free....etc...etc...etc.

I still put two stones on though!:roll:
