E-clips Posted June 24, 2011 Share Posted June 24, 2011 I stopped smoking above a year ago , but since then have put about two stones on. I put a lot of effort into stoppinkg smoking and now know that I will never smoke again, but what about the fat belly? I had made my mind up to stop smoking and decided to live with any weight gain, but now I want rid of the belly too! What I now need are suggestions of how to lose weight without any effort! E-clips Posted June 24, 2011 Author Share Posted June 24, 2011 I see where you are coming from now so hows about, tie some rope around your waist, tie the other end to the back bumper of a car stopped at some traffic lights. If you can't keep up the car will pull you along without any effort on your part and you should definitely see some weight loss after a few miles. Any good? Does it work with bicycles too? I always have sweeteners (never sugar). I very rarely drink fizzy drinks. I never have more than twelve pints of Stella per day.
