Jog_on Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 We have recently started a business and have opened up a company bank account but we are having problems due to our address. Every time we try to buy something over the internet with the debit card, the payment fails with the message 'your payment address must match the one on your bank statement'. We have checked a thousand times, checked with the bank and also checked on Royal Mail and we are using the correct address. The bank relationship manager could only suggest that sometimes there are problems with new addresses (which this isn't). Darth Vader Posted June 26, 2011 Share Posted June 26, 2011 I don't know anything about these things but it seems unsatisfactory to me and I'd be going back to the bank and telling them unless they can find a solution you'll be taking your business elsewhere.
