Payment Problems

We have recently started a business and have opened up a company bank account but we are having problems due to our address. Every time we try to buy something over the internet with the debit card, the payment fails with the message 'your payment address must match the one on your bank statement'. We have checked a thousand times, checked with the bank and also checked on Royal Mail and we are using the correct address. The bank relationship manager could only suggest that sometimes there are problems with new addresses (which this isn't).

 

Has anyone ever come across this and how do I look to rectify it?
