I know it's legal, see post #96 also not one person is disagreeing about the intrusive smell. If it got to that stage then the relevant authorities could act. Drinking is not a problem, abusive behavour caused by it affects others and is, therefore a problem. Smoking weed is not a problem but when it affects others it is a problem.
