If you are going to charge a premium price then you really need to have a premium product and offer premium service when I don't really think that Thorntons do. Why should I go without because of lax parents and food addicts?! I long for the day when thumb scanners are installed everywhere. No need to carry any cash, just pop your thumb on the screen to pay for it. And they tie into a database which will refuse to serve you if you've overdone the double cheeseburgers!
