andygardener
How is not deporting dangerous criminals that are a danger to the UK public, not a breach of my Human Rights to not live in danger of said dangerous people? Because thanks to the very well paid lawyers who inventeted this whole gravy train for themselves in the first place joe public has no "human rights" - human rights only apply to the state dealing with the criminal/suspected criminal. The human rights legislation provides not one single right for the public to be protected from rape, robbery, murder, burglary or theft. Criminals Charter? Yup.... upinwath
My opinion is pretty straight forward. If a guest in any country commits a serious crime, he/she should be deported. If they're also wanted in their home country, perhaps they could ask a third country if they may go there but that's it.
