simonj
The BBC Breakfast TV article this morning did indeed imply that it was tonight at 7.30pm when in fact it was last Friday evening at The Greystones, and was a warm up gig for his Glastonbury appearance. Quote from Richard Hawley on his forum: "Well the gig is specifically being played as a warm up show for Glastonbury, so we might play some of the new stuff but mainly it will centre around his more well known stuff just so you're aware". http://richardhawleyforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=27296 Anyone else think the article portrayed Sheffield rather poorly by using the stereotypical northern town/city run-down angle that London based TV seems to do far too often
Glennis
Just taken this from the BBC Breakfast website....http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-13941157 "The pair have returned to the city for an intimate concert at the Greystones pub, one of Hawley's favourite haunts, as well as appearing together at the Glastonbury Festival and the 100 Club in London." One of Hawley's favourite haunts - best avoided then!
quisquose
One of Hawley's favourite haunts - best avoided then! If you could avoid the place that would be great.
