Should I Return 'New' Blu Ray?

Took it back. She was adamant that it was new, but I got a credit note instead. Will use it against other brand new pre-orders!

 

Not really complaining. But they shouldn't have this sleeves on shelves and disks in the back policy; it's just rubbish

 

Good result and quite right too.

If you imagine they have to unpack the disc from the box, place it in a cardboard sleeve(which they never fit in easily) popped in a drawer and brought out everytime someone buys a copy. It's no wonder they're grotty when you buy them.
