If that's your thing, then great! Nothing wrong with that at all. But it caters for this type of customer - the food is very ordinary - but most aren't aware! As it has queues at 7pm I find that unlikely, but of course anywhere that is open until 2am will most likely get customers that have been drinking after 11!
