No dice
Bald headed man who drives a red open backed truck, do you know him? He had two dogs on the back who were loose. How dangerous is that? I did suggest that it was not a good idea, and was met with a mouthful of foul abuse., Is there a law against this? I think he could be a 'groomer' he was collecting another dog who also went on the back loose. Where was this?
ANGELFIRE1
I read the op and thought it was a child groomer, very misleading post. Regards Angel.

I think he could be a 'groomer' he was collecting another dog who also went on the back loose. Years ago I saw a Red Setter on an open back pickup, it was tethered, and who knows why on earth it did this but it jumped off whilst the vehicle was moving and the truck carried on with the dog dangling by it's neck over the side. There was enough fuss and alarm from the public to alert the driver that there was a problem, and he stopped - the dog wasn't dead and seemed OK, wouldn't be surprised if it didn't have significant neck problems afterwards. Maybe the only easy answer to this is no dogs on open back vehicles, tethered or untethered - I don't know how the law stands on this either!
