melthebell Posted July 3, 2011 Author Share Posted July 3, 2011 The new Wetherspoons is a possibility. On the site of the old Wards brewery you can sit outside and breathe in car fumes. Been once and it's nicer than the usual 'spoons places. The Porter Brook is also quite pleasant, decent beers, food. cheers dude tbh i dont mind wetherspoons once in a while, its only gonna be an hour or so, and ill be the only one on beer i think, i drink owt if i remember rightly then wards was on the left hand side closest to town the pomona was on the right a bit further down eccy road the porter brooks address is in the 500s so i presume is much further down? prolly be one of those 3 i reckon, just for a quickie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
