Binster
You might have CTS. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? ...Then again you might have heart problems, a neurological disorder or even diabetes. It's best to see your GP or contact NHS Direct rather than come to the highly qualified 'Doctor Forum'.

naturels
Hi, I am an acupuncturist in S26 area. It can help with some cases, it depends what is causing the pins and needles. If you want more discussion on this please give me a call.
zippy
as Binster suggests it is very important to rule out sinister causes first, make an appointment with your GP to ensure there is nothing sinister happening .
Jeffrey Shaw
Is acupuncture and good for pins and needles?. Maybe the cure is lying on a bed (of nails).
Arguendo
As other SF members have stated it would be far better to visit you GP first, to identify the cause, then you can decide/consider different treatments such as acupuncture. DO NOT TREAT FIRST, you may cause further problems, take it from a professional; I've had people in the past who have had back ache, as well as pins & needles in their hands, they've gone to a chiropractor to try & remedy the problem only to make the initial problem far worse. SO IGNORE ALL OTHER ADVICE & GO TO YOUR GP, is that clear enough:hihi:

Fishcake
I advise being stabbed repeatedly before you rule out any heart conditions. The shock of being stabbed repeatedly will uncover any heart problems so two birds with one stone.
