JanPud
Hello there, Something I have seen people doing to traise funds for a wheelchair recently is collecting milk bottle tops. I've not had much luck finding out about it at the mo, but i'm sure someone else on here will be able to help. This is an old link, but it looks as thought the same company are still collecting: http://www.bbc.co.uk/ouch/features/bottle_tops_for_the_disabled.shtml
pitgurl
Good point. Either the nhs are being temporarily evil or this is a scam. scam it isnt! the lady in question cannot get one from the NHS just like she cant have a stair lift funded because she lives in a private rented house. The only other option she has is to buy one for her daughter herself!
