Doingalright Posted July 6, 2011 Share Posted July 6, 2011 Like I said earlier, NOTW will be looking for a fall guy to take the rap, preferably one who acted on his own initiative without paying attention to the NOTW formal policies ... if you know what I mean. The people in charge at the NOTW new about what was going on with the celebrities, but who cares about that? not me. So where did they think the stories were coming from? And if they didn't know, why not? Part of the responsibility of running a company is taking responsibility for what your staff are doing. They are not stupid but they are arrogant, and they thought they were powerful enough to get away with it. They thought they could buy favours from the police by paying bribes and from politicians by supporting their campaigns. Now the whole house of cards is falling down. If you bought the News of the World during this period, the money you paid went towards the cost of hiring a private detective to hack into a dead girl's mobile phone. If you continue to buy the News of the World I think you're saying you think that kind of think is OK. Surely nobody with an ounce of decency would buy this paper now? Companies like Microsoft, Apple and Adobe supply News International with software and hardware which enable them to write and publish their filth. If we all boycott our computers we may persuade Microsoft, Apple, Adobe etc to stop supplying News International with the software and hardware they need. This could well have been the actions of a hand full of people working for NOTW yet people on here are hinting at bringing the entire organization down. That is just what we need in the current climate. More people on the dole. What next after the NOTW? I vote we bring down the internet!
