And has any one got contact details to contact virgin media by email, because I am having problems contacting them. Tenants Posted July 9, 2011 Share Posted July 9, 2011 Virgin media are very hard to contact by email, I've found it best to contact them by phone (another landline/work phone/mobile??) before 6 o'clock, or very early in the morning (I've even had to take days off of work to get in contact ! grrr!) They have a contact place on their site: http://contact.virginmedia.com/ << you can access their forums, or a self service help system...
