Disabled friendly, cheap, daytime place?

Aaaargh. Am stuck at home with broken leg. My sick pay has dwindled so am skint. Does anyone know where I can go that is close to bus stops, not too expensive and has or is near a cafe or coffee shop?

 

I wonder if Waterstones is still open at orchard square, or there is a place called the Rude Shipyard but I don't know if it does food and its a bit isolated from other shops.

 

My library is very good, but I have to walk there and back up the hill, so a bit much at the moment.

 

I can get on a bus almost outside my house and get to town centre.

 

I can't go back to work yet mainly for health and safety reasons, so I have no company 11 hours a day and it really is driving me bonkers now as I've been off since April and have at least 2 more more months to go.
