Ho, ho, ho! It's that time of the year again.

No, not Christmas, Tramlines!

This year we'll be splurting and sploodging Cool Beans vibes all over the shop. That's right, sploodging!

First up, Saturday the 23rd of July, the Great Gatsby. Bands upstairs, DJs downstairs, barbeque in the beer garden, Dominic Kidson passed out in the toilet. Here's who we've got on offer for you all......

TYRANNOSAURUS ALAN

Eclectic 7-piece from deepest darkest Medway playing a mix of ska, rap, punk and reggae. It's all done with a whole load of energy and passion and fantastic musicianship, with big brass and vocal hooks. Great!

STAND OUT RIOT

Another 7-piece! Ska-hardcore-gypsy horde from Manchester who combine the power of three horns, a violin and heaps of vocals. Guaranteed to make you dance. Super!

STEVE AND THE RAISE

Fresh, young, Sheffield-based pyschobilly act made up of drums, guitar and an upright bass. Playing a mixture of 50's rock 'n' roll, B-line horror and punk music, Steve and the Raise have got it going on. Fantastic!

THE GRAND OLD UKES OF YORKSHIRE

Chris and Duncan will be ukelelefying up all your favourite tunes in a way that is oh so special and beautiful to watch. They do a great version of the infamous B*Witched classic "C'est La Vie". Magnificent!

SATSUMA

Fine sounds from this Nottingham-based trio. Fully recommended by Renegade Brass Band, Satsuma create a nice concoction of electro, acoustic and folk rounded off with some sweet vocals. Exuberant!

NICE ONE GREG

Cool Beans favourites, the Gregs bring some tropical flavour to the GG. Their drummer was recently voted dreamiest dreamboat in the Yorkshire regions. Cracking!

JERAMIAH FERRARI

Tasty reggae-tinged vibes from Manchester. Think Sublime mashed up with Bob Marley topped off with some beautiful harmonies and sing along choruses. Wonderful!

DREGS OF SOCIETY

Ska-punk madness from Essex/Herts peak merchants. Big fans of Bonnie Tyler, conga lines and YOP. Their trumpet player has an unusually low-pitched voice. Magnanimous!

JACK ATHEY

This guy has been doing gigs since the tender age of 16 and it sure shows, what a pro! We've hosted his acoustic sets before but he'll be debuting a new sound just for Tramlines. Exciting!

SEPTIMUS FOG

Septimus Fog are two cheeky lads who sure know how to party. They also know how to play music. Here you can witness them combine both those skills......with fantastic results. Monumental!

THE CHRONICLES OF GRAHAM

Sheffield 10 piece who claim that they are all about fun, comedy, weirdness, sex and randomness. Members include Coxstar Deluxe, Nervous Nigel, Brogue the Rogue, Tigger and (our favourite) Apron. Extraordinary!

That's all going on upstairs, downstairs will feature DJ sets from some of Sheffield's finest, including Moody Jim, Smiley Maxx, Mr. Meerkat, Lonesom Dom, Arnivore, DJ Silverback, Mystonic, Donnellanium, Dreamy Rob, Krook Kid and the mighty DJ Howdle! They'll be spinning a mish mash of reggae, dance, ska, disco, hip hop, electro swing, balkan beats, soul, funk and John Williams compositions.

Andy Enchilada will also be on hand all day reciting improvised poetry.

1PM - 3AM

Free entry of course, and Happy Hour at the bar from 5 till 8!

Cool Beans!
