martss Posted July 15, 2011 Share Posted July 15, 2011 Try restarting it first, hold the home button and on/off until it turns off then do samr to turn it back on. If it still says the same, connect it to iTunes, sync it, if it still doesn't work try a restore from your last back up, if it still doesn't work you'll need to do a complete restore.
