But wait, before we give our hard-earned cash during a recession (and not guilty for spending some of it on on blu-rays or McD's), can we dare ask - In circumstances like revolts and warzones, is there any mention of African Politicians doing anything to help their own dying millions, or kill off the African armed rebels and local militia busy stealing Red Cross Aid and raping villagers whilst high on drugs?
