If some pervert wants to snatch a young child they must find it hard, hence the shortage of these events. However they must wait for someone’s guard to drop, just try your hardest to ensure that it isn’t yours.

Yes so true world is full of evil perverts got to guard children...even teenagers are groomed time to start serious punishment on these evil people

Not full of them, not full of these events, just very difficult to protect from them, punishment after the odd event is easy, stopping such events is another matter.
