They look kinda like a bakewell with yellow icing on top. I've tried internetting it but none of the results look like what I'm after. Does anyone know if these are being sold anywhere? or even if they exist outside of my mind? Cheers Fenwicks department store in Newcastle use to sell them and they were lovely. Generously filled with cream and pieces of pineapple inside. They have just revamped their food hall so I have not checked to see if they still sell them.
