G12Ravda Posted July 21, 2011 Share Posted July 21, 2011 I went to Cleethorpes, on the Libs. trip, right through the 1950's. It was the only time I got to the seaside. The fish & chip lunch and the ten bob spending money were much appreciated. If it was fine, we used to go on the beach first and try to save our money to spend in Wonderland, after dinner.
