Toning a belly. Yes I'm male.

You cannot spot reduce fat (ie choose where to lose it from). You need to go on a strict diet and hope that the belly drops off. If you want a six pack that's visible you'll need a body fat of about 13%.

 

Lots of cardio and weights. Doing just situps will actually make your belly protrude further as the muscles become larger but the gut doesn't go.
