Janner Posted August 19, 2011 Share Posted August 19, 2011 There is one memory I have of Xmas Eve looking out of the bedroom window & seeing it snow. It was before the war, no blackouts on the window, it was probably 37 or 38. Can anyone remember that wonderful Xmas snow , just how it should be. Remember infants school, headmistress Miss McCrea made puppets and I was found one day pinching pennies from the hem of the curtains of the puppet theatre. They were there to weight them down.
