s2 blade
I think it is sad she has died. I also think anyone gloating a day after her death and iulting her is a person who lacks empathy. Severely. I feel sorry that her family have had a daugher like that
s2 blade
Her family and friends might dispute that point, maybe. Well we will never know who it affects the most
Suffragette1
I think it is sad she has died. I also think anyone gloating a day after her death and insulting her is a person who lacks empathy. Severely. Agreed. I think that this country (and certainly SF) specialises in schadenfreude. I wonder if a young mountaineer or someone who partook in extreme and dangerous sports were killed pursuing their hobby, there would be the same levels of condemnation with 'oh well, live by the sword die by the sword', 'what kind of nutter climbs Everest anyway?' type comments. skinz
I feel sorry that her family have had a daugher like that No matter how she died and under what circumstances and who was at fault, the fact remains the parents and family have lost a daughter. It's easy to reflect on hindsight as an outsider, but dad is about to bury his daughter. That alone is a tragedy and worthy of at least a little respect. Chris_Sleeps
I'm a fool We've found something we can agree on. and your upset overill the loss of a drug addict you don't even know. I'm not upset. I don't grieve for strangers. I didn't know her so it is no loss in my life. I feel sad for the death of another human being. If that is bad then so be it. shims
And some don't have the thought process/capacity to be able to make a decisions in the dark place of depression. i know plenty of people who are/have been depressed. None of the ones I know have decided to start buying and injecting heroin.
crookesey
Freddie Mercury died because he had unprotected sex with many male partners, I still think that he was great. Elvis Presley died from an overdose of prescription drugs, he was and still is the king. Amy Winehouse had the the finest voice of any living female jazz singer, however she now has a bit of stiff competition from Billie and Ella. I'd imagine you mean some of the users of the forum and not the forum generally, otherwise I doubt you'd post here.
