Not sure what you regard as dumb, if you question the remarks or actions of people you regard as dumb it might just be a lack of understanding on your part that is the problem; and that would make you the dummy!

 

Perhaps if you elaborate on the reason for you OP then we might be able to understand the reason you believe this.

Where I live I am surounded by people like that - you have to grit your teeth, smile and be patient because at the end of the day they can not help being like that...
