Panther Rose
The best place in all honesty is one of the continental shops on Barnsley Road. The cut it into pieces for you, so all you then have to do is to wash it, season it and then cook it. mmmmmmmmmmmmm :D
ANGELFIRE1
Curried Goat and Yam, nah good old fish and chips for me. I don't think we in the sticks have a palate educated enough for Goat - curried or otherwise. Regards Angel

Nagel
I think ive seen cuts of goat meat in the in castle market Yes, the only place I've found to get my goat in Sheffield is the Castle Market. It's cheap too. As a point of order, it's always called curry goat and never curried goat or goat curry. I don't know why.

Proximus
Try the Earl, Pub on Queens road on a Friday from 12:00. They have a Jamaican kitchen there weekly and for £5/£6 you can have a plate of goat, fish, chicken or mutton with rice and peas to eat in or take out. I'd seriously recommend it, good home-cooked and filling!
puddinburner
Does Goat meat, taste like a goat smells? Cos Beef smells like the breath of a cow. Just wondered that one? Goats cheese smells faintly of goat so am guessing the meat is the same? Gotta try it I guess then I will know. Lol x
