Why not? its current affairs isnt it and it highlights the starving in somalia who are being seemingly repressed because of their religion. Then the West organise food relief, get the starving back to some kind of health, and the cycle just continues unabated. Madness. It seems the only reason this thread was made, was to have a go at the Muslims (again). Pretty disgusting, don't you think ? - exploiting the misery of others to further your own agenda ? Regards Angel This is quite simplistic and naive, the modern global population does not just use and survive on food and water that grows where they live. Of course what you say is one factor but there are many, many, many others including unfair trade, corruption, etc. The West organises "food relief" but this is not even a drop in the ocean when comparing profits made from African countries that the African people never see. The people of Africa cannot really be blamed for how their rulers have and do treat their people and how "the west" basically rip most African countries off left, right and centre. Probably (especially given who the OP is), but, on this rare occasion, he does have a point. My comments are purely observational base on this story, not against the followers of any given religion - unless you are in favour of the ban?
