*fallenangel Posted July 27, 2011 Share Posted July 27, 2011 just been to draw out some cash at my local atm, tried 3 times and it declined, even though i know i have available funds! worried, i called into the post office to see if they could check for me, they said no, the whole chip and pin system is down! has been for the past 4 hours, cannot pay by card, cannot draw out any money... what am i to do! anyone heard of this and how long its likely to take to get back to normal.
