Touchwood Posted July 28, 2011 Share Posted July 28, 2011 The Parson Cross Community Development Forum is looking at starting 'Active Bodies' sessions at the St Thomas More Community Centre using a health representative from Activity Sheffield. She has described her sessions as using stations where there are different activities which people move between, such a steps, weights and squats. A start date has been set for Tuesday, September 6th from 10:30 to 11:30 at a cost of £2.50 per session. More information will follow.
