I disagree, anyone that owns a business should be glad to know they are getting an extra 25-100+ customers for the sake of providing an area. Personally think it is just bars taking advantage. If you went to any other business and said 'Hello, I am planning on spending £1000 here, what can you offer me?' you would get much more fight for your business.
