You have to be an authorised agent to access or a police officer with a valid cause for the enquiry. The offence would be fraudulently obtaining information, so this would be a criminal offence dealt with by police, if I'm reading into this correctly? Kthehu Ti Posted July 31, 2011 Share Posted July 31, 2011 Seems a little over the top considering how you're going out of your way by contacting the Dvla and Vosa as well as the Police, sounds like you've got a vendetta against someone :s He will get caught eventually if he carries on, there's plenty of uninsured drivers out there and one off the roads isn't going to make the slightest bit of difference.
