White Phosphorus is not a chemical weapon. This has been explained to you before. Israel has never not once used any chemical weaponry. The only times chemical weaponry have been used in the Middle East have been by Nasser, against fellow Arab Yemenis, and Saddam against Iranians and Kurds. The main point being White Phosphorus is banned because of the severe damage it causes to civilian populations.
