ARCTICMONKEY
Hi, A few weeks ago i noticed that there are cracks appearing in the walls of my house upstairs and down they are not major but a few mm wide, i suspect that this may have been caused through a cracked drain underneath the house as there has always been fluctuating levels of water underneath the kitchen floor. Could someone please recommend a company that could come and inspect the drains please. Many Thanks

Oldtrout
Could you phone your water company and ask their advice? If they can't help, then they may advise your next step.

But I'd still strongly recommend reporting it to the insurance company, whether or not any claim is contemplated.
