megalithic
just wondering about this due to the many cat threads recently. As cat owners let their animal roam, is having insurance for them compulsory, in case they cause damage to a cars bumper etc if hit. ?

megalithic
Why, have you got one in mind ? My mate hit one recently and it took some of the paint off the front bumper of his lowered civic, he wasn't too bothered to be honest as he's planning on having it resprayed in a few weeks. Just wondering about the legal aspects of this.

What kind of an asshole would run over someones pet, albeit accidentally, and then want the probably devastated owners to cough up for, what must obviously be minor, damage to the vehicle?? Are you trolling?
