HeadingNorth
None, assuming there isn't a court order preventing them from doing so. None in theory; quite a few in practice because whoever has the kids (often the mother) simply won't let them see their father. And, of course, children whose father is in jail. As this man was. mj.scuba
How would deporting him now, undo that assault? It wouldn't. Your point being?
Peter grey
None, assuming there isn't a court order preventing them from doing so. And in the real world? What about the human rights of none rapist none immigrant fathers? Where is the human rights act then?

HeadingNorth
And in the real world? He's talking about the real world. Fathers have an absolute right to see and spend time with their children, unless the courts deem them unfit to do so.

mj.scuba
My point being that there is no breach by keeping him here. Described on his files as a ‘risk to women and children’, Salami was ordered to be deported on his release from prison in 2009. If he is still a risk to women and children, he is still compromising others' right to freedom from degrading treatment.
