Bulgarian
Was it Lloyds Bank who were in the papers today who were losing even more money thanks to such compensation claims? it's not really compensation, more a refund of money they shouldn't have taken from you in the first place. oldiegirl
I have used Aims to help me claim back PPI money from the bank. they charged me £200 up front then I had to trace all the paperwork for them in my files. they wrote to the bank who then wrote to me. I have just received money back today. Aims began my case in May, so 6 weeks is not a reality. for the privilege Aims have now asked for 25% from the total. If I had known it was so easy to complete the paperwork then I would have done it myself and kept all the money. The bank have not argued the point that they owe it me. My advice "go it alone" the bank will pay.
spilldig
Why would they want money up front when they could just deduct £200 from the money they claim back?
