Electric Shower not working (no power) & hot tap in bathroom not working..

Hi,

 

Looking for someone to see if they can find out whats wrong with our electric shower. The red light on the shower does not come on so im guessing its some kind of electrical fault?

 

Not sure if the fuse has gone but i checked the showers fuse box and i cant remove the fuse to check?

 

Also the hot tap in the bathroom sink doesnt work so im guessing its got an airlock somewhere but not sure on how to do this?
