Curries didn't deliver can I claim lost wages

Recommended Posts

Not so. A contract is a contract and as such is binding be it verbal or written.

If this is not so, tell me why parking fines sent out to drivers that are parked illegally on private land are unenforcable due to the fact that the warning posters around the various car parks are classed as advisories because there is nothing "written and signed" by both parties to agree the terms? I think that you will find that the word "contract" is a minefield when there is no firm agreement made, and without all the herewiths and therefores, it isnt worth the paper that it "isnt" written on. Good luck trying to sue!!!!:hihi:
