Disproprtionate representation in the mental health system is probably because they are disproprtionately mentally challenged. (Shot yourself in the foot with that one) Disproportionate number of deaths in Police custody due to disproportionate number of violent black criminals (this is where we came in) If you are a spokesman for Diversity you should consider resignation, you are not doing very well. I don't want to sound alarmist but I feel that there has been damage to race relations that it will be very difficult to recover from. That wont happen in any of our lifetimes.
