Disproprtionate representation in the mental health system is probably because they are disproprtionately mentally challenged. (Shot yourself in the foot with that one) Disproportionate number of deaths in Police custody due to disproportionate number of violent black criminals (this is where we came in) If you are a spokesman for Diversity you should consider resignation, you are not doing very well. I think people like halibut exist in some alternate fantasy universe, let him/her stay in their protective bubble while the rest of the indigenous population try to respond/come to terms with the grave situation that is currently being caused by his/her lovable cuddly minorities. It's about communication - demonstrating to the country that they're taking it seriously, which hasn't been overwhelmingly evident so far. It took David Cameron three days to decide to cut his holiday short, with no interim statement forthcoming beforehand. It's a shockingly poor response from the government to a crisis situation. So you would have them talk and waffle then, rather than sort it. Nice to know where you stand. I've seen at least three statements so far from the Govt. but I guess you missed those. Disproportionate number of deaths in Police custody due to disproportionate number of violent black criminals (this is where we came in) Dying in custody is not what normally happens when someone is detained.
