Bassman62
No they're not, from what I can see the rioters are all wearing expensive looking Nike and Adidas tracksuits and loads of people are on mobile phones taking pictures and filming whats going on.Did you see the jewelery Duggan was wearing in the photo. EDWOOD
Race Relations will go back a long way- its inevitable. How many people watching this in the country will think a) the areas where the riots are, are predominately black/asian/multicultural areas. b) you cannot argue that most of the footage contains ethnic minorities - this will not help people's perceptions of them - people's minds can be made up quite quickly. They are basically not improving the image of multicultural London one bit - more like slowly literally slitting their own throats and pouring fire all over their own houses.... Frank Sidney
Imagine living in the area and being in the house with kids, must be terrifying..
Bassman62
Are they Black because they are poor or are they Poor because they are black? The areas are what the incoming residents turned them into.
Jessica23
So you would have them talk and waffle then, rather than sort it. Nice to know where you stand. I've seen at least three statements so far from the Govt. but I guess you missed those. Do you see them sorting it right now? I don't.
shims
That is still no excuse to riot and cause mayhem... stop making excuses. I'm not. I'm highlighting other issues which some posters prefer not to acknowledge.
just_words
Not at all. they are assessed by predominately white people who tend to judge everything by their own standards. Where's your tin foil hat? For starters it's probably not true and two doctors really aren't like that, there is a thing called the Hippocratic Oath, ever heard about that? Halibut
Your guru Shims alluded to it. Do keep up. Sorry, not letting you off with that one - you claim, not just that blacks are over-represented within the mental health system, but that they are 'disproportionately mentally challenged'. What do you mean?
