shims
Did you see the jewelery Duggan was wearing in the photo. Some people like jewellery. It can be seen as a statement of wealth. Doesn't mean someone is wealthy though ..
just_words
Why not fly over thee riots with those planes and helicopters that drop water on moor land fires and soak them all ? Im sure wet through a lot will want to pack it in or at least it will slow them down a lot. mmm, drop a few tons on someone's head, may as well just shoot them instead, it'd be easier to clean up and cheaper... Bassman62
No, that's not what he did. He implied that blacks are somehow inherently more likely to be mentally ill than white people which is clearly not the case.Well everything else is dissproportionate even down the size of their whatsists.:hihi:
shims
b) you cannot argue that most of the footage contains ethnic minorities - this will not help people's perceptions of them - people's minds can be made up quite quickly. Some people's minds are already made up. They use situations like this to try to justify their prejudice of ALL, not just those engaged in criminality. Halibut
Ethnicity, rates of mental illness and admission to psychiatric hospitals Both past and recent research suggests that some groups – notably Black Caribbean, Black African and other Black groups – are over-represented in psychiatric hospitals. [7] The high number of African Caribbean people being diagnosed with schizophrenia is well documented, with some studies reporting between two to eight times higher rates of diagnosis compared to the White population. [8] http://www.mind.org.uk/help/people_groups_and_communities/statistics_3_race_culture_and_mental_health#rates I dont know if its relevant, but it may clarify the argument.. Brit Pat appears to suggest that this is because blacks are inherently more susceptible to mental illness. He's talking ****e.

For a man with no legal means of income and 4 kids any decent man would have forgone the bling and provided for his children, this duggan creature was clearly not a man.
