Any neglected place is ripe for the pickings. Clear back the weeds, plant flowers, place chairs. Raised beds beside walls can be used to grow veg! The season maybe coming to an end, but it is never to late to prepare for next year. You can grow tomatoes beside the derelict pub. We have roundabouts and verges... Not only do I think the Police should fire on these yobs, I think the army should be called in using as much force as possible.
