So far I have identified: - Fix door - the hinge has come off and the wood of the jamb the hinge screws go into is split. - Repair down pipe from gutter. It's push fit stuff. - Cement in a loose down-pipe. - Re-plaster a small area of ceiling. - Possibly re-tile bath surround. These jobs need doing as soon as possible. Does anyone know of someone good at this kind of stuff? I'd prefer a recommendation based on experience, and SF has always come up trumps when I've been looking for that. Thank you.
