megalithic
The screw joints wont have been tightened up enough, at a first guess. Did you install it yourself, are you sure the rubber washers were in place. ?
Susil
Might be the drainage pipe. Normally this (flexible) pipe is fed into a vertical pipe that then goes into the houses drain. Check this pipe is in there - however make sure it isn't puched down too far, otherwise you'll get some water flowing back up and out the fixed pipe. DerbyTup
you've got a little mouse that lives behind where the new washing machine has been installed. When you started the washing machine up for the first time you scared the life out of the poor little thing and it did a tiddle on the floor. It shouldn't be a problem in future as the mice will have moved on now.
Grandad.Malky
Pipes not tightened. Washer not put in joint. Waste pipe, blocked, not big enough, not inserted correctly. Blocked filter.

Flowersfade
The door may not be shut properly thus causing leakage.
