We seriously need either National Service or Brat Camps etc for all youths, which would break down arrogance, irresponsibility and barriers. Yes, there were mobs in all eras of history, but in latter decades there hasn't been the bitter and blatant disregard for law and humanity. Whilst my parents generation had to think long and hard about the responsibilities of having children, today's generation don't want that responsibility. In fact we have built a society in which the stupid are encouraged to breed. A police spokesman has just been on the radio moaning about the fact that the requests last night for parents to contact their kids seemed to fall on "deaf ears". She obviously cares about the black communities and she's right that nobody is going to care or invest in them after this.
