Please, please, please can I have your recipe?!

 

I don't really have a recipe. It's more a discussion and finding the nicest ingredients that are available.

 

Like tomatoes. Use a handful of eat variety as opposed to a batch of one. I heard it sad that you should use three types of tomato flavour. So I use what tomatoes I find at the market as well as tinned tomatoes (more than one type if possible), tomato pureé, passata and of course even a squirt of ketchup, sun dried if I find them, etc. And tomato is best slow cooked.
