Was fairly simple, just collate evidence from your candidate's folder, you have to ensure they use a range of methods, which can vary depending on how many candidates you have. Took me about 5-6 months, as I didn't see my candidates very often. Think you also have to write some brief answers to questions as well for one of the sections, I had to do so for Elements 1 to 4. You also need to do an action plan for your candidates as part of your portfolio, so anything where your candidates don't fully complete, use this toward constructing their plan. An easy option is to take photos of them in their role if possible, that's quite straight forward easy evidence. You'll also need to do a Standardisation of Assessment with the other assessors.
