Getfit Posted November 16, 2005 Share Posted November 16, 2005 I am looking at starting up a ‘fitness club’ for people who don’t like / can’t afford to go to a gym. Basically im proposing to meet up at a location within the City Centre one night in the week and from there I will take you through a good warm up, then go for a run (many different routes / lengths), and finally a warm down. After the first session I will then start to incorporate things like Fartlek training etc… I will also be giving out information on how to do circuits within the home using everyday items and as people become regulars, a personal, home training plan. There will be a small charge for each session but this will cover both my time and a helpers and also things like printing costs. I don’t have a definite night planned yet (although I can’t do Wednesdays) so if your interested then let me know and we can work it out. Every session will be open to EVERY level of fitness.
