If you havn't actually made yourself liable, then keep reminding them of that fact if they get annoyed and tell them it's no skin off your nose and they can always have a ago at a repossession if they want. you will of course be writing to the finanical director of the company telling him why he will have to do through the aggro of a repossession - just because his staff are being rude... If its the latter just hand the car back now or else get your boyfriend to get the cash together by any means and finish paying the installments.
